without core values, we are aimless

MY CORE VALUES

All things with grace

Grace is the foundation of how I approach everything in life. Whether in success or challenge, I believe in responding with kindness, patience, and understanding, especially when things don’t go as planned. Life is unpredictable, and grace allows me—and those I work with—to move through it with compassion and resilience, always learning and growing along the way.

honor matters

Honor is the compass that guides my decisions, actions, and relationships, serving as a constant reminder to uphold the values that define who I am and what I stand for. I believe in doing what’s right, even when it’s difficult or unpopular, and in consistently showing respect, humility, and integrity in every interaction and decision I make. When we honor ourselves, our commitments, and the people we serve, we create a foundation of trust, foster genuine respect, and build lasting connections that not only lead to real success but also leave a meaningful, positive impact on the lives we touch.

persistence is strength

Success rarely comes overnight, and persistence is the defining quality that separates those who achieve their goals from those who give up when faced with adversity. Every setback is an opportunity to grow stronger, develop resilience, and gain insights that propel us forward. True strength lies in confronting challenges head-on, adapting to unforeseen circumstances, and remaining steadfast, knowing that today's dedication will shape the future we envision.

Take life on with a jaguar-like hunger

Taking life on fiercely, with a jaguar-like hunger, means approaching every opportunity with intensity and determination. It’s about fully embracing challenges, facing them head-on without hesitation or fear. Just like a jaguar hunts with precision and purpose, this mindset encourages focus, resilience, and an unwavering drive to succeed. It’s a commitment to living boldly, relentlessly pursuing growth, and never settling for mediocrity.

Resistance is Beautiful

Resistance is Beautiful" embodies the power and dignity of standing up for human rights in the face of injustice and oppression. It celebrates the courage of those who fight against inequality, using their voices and actions to challenge systems of power that dehumanize. Just as resistance can shape history, it is a testament to the strength and beauty of the human spirit. In standing firm against oppression, I affirm that true beauty lies in the pursuit of freedom, equality, and dignity for all.

Mentorship is Beautiful

Mentorship is Beautiful" reflects the profound impact of guiding and nurturing others on their journey toward growth and self-discovery. It celebrates the selfless act of sharing wisdom, experience, and support to help others reach their fullest potential. Just as a mentor shapes the future of their mentee, this value honors the beauty in building meaningful, reciprocal relationships that elevate both parties. In mentoring, we find the power of connection, the fulfillment of lifting others up, and the joy of seeing those we guide flourish

Craft the World, With a Sculptor’s Touch

Michelangelo is in my Top 3 greatest inspirations of someone who has ever lived. I obsess over his life, his childhood, his adult life, his skills, his passion, his worldview and his careful efforts to create with an insatiable love for life.

The Impact I want to have on the world, is a slow one. One that comes with careful planning, methodical as though I were Michelangelo crafting a beautiful sculpture.

Stand it Like a Man and Give Some Back

"Stand it like a man and give some back" is a value rooted in strength, resilience, and a deep sense of integrity, inspired by the grit and raw honesty of Deadwood. It’s about facing life’s challenges head-on, with unflinching courage and the willingness to stand your ground, no matter the odds. This value also emphasizes the importance of reciprocity—when life knocks you down, you don't just endure, but rise up and push back with purpose.

In the spirit of Deadwood, it’s about taking responsibility for your actions, showing loyalty, and giving back to those who have stood with you, no matter the cost.

I am a Pencil in the Hand of a Writing God who is sending a Love Letter to the World

This quote by Mother Teresa impacted me more than any quote I have ever heard in my entire life. It was so special to me that for nearly 18 years I haven't shared it with anyone. This is the first time I share it publicly, and it is truly because it is so dear to me. This quote is a way of life, it pulls me out of the immediate concerns and selfish worries I have - and places me as part of a greater meaning. It places me in part of the greatest meaning of all time. A sense of safety that God has an ultimate, beautiful plan and this writing God loves us and created a life that can be loved if we only took the time to see it.

I Get It. We've All Been There.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to wake up each day with a sense of aimlessness, and to struggle with the weight of not knowing what your next step should be. I’ve been in those moments of uncertainty—where it feels like you’re drifting without a clear direction, lacking purpose, and wondering if you’ll ever find your way. That place of confusion can easily spiral into sadness and frustration, where even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming.

I’ve felt the weight of that deep, quiet despair that comes from thinking you’re not moving forward or living to your full potential. And I want you to know that you’re not alone. I believe that everyone deserves to break free from that feeling of being stuck, and that’s why I’m so passionate about mentoring others.

Having someone who can guide you, provide structure, and help you reconnect with your purpose isn’t just helpful—it’s necessary. As a mentor I can help you gain clarity, create actionable steps, and remind you that you don’t have to navigate this journey on your own. You have the power to turn things around, and with the right support, you can rediscover the joy of meaningful progress.
